Previewed at Architect@WorMilan, the new Into the Project is dedicated to the theme of “Transitional spaces”: with this third issue, Autmind continues its exploration of contemporary workplaces, interpreted from the perspective of space and usage.

As in previous editions, the focus is on projects selected from among the most recent developments across the country: the images depict spaces characterised by intersections, openings and passageways where partitions – featuring a variety of materials and finishes – define the layouts to facilitate opportunities for daily interaction.

Partition systems help to create ‘transitional’ spaces – areas for informal interaction and spontaneous connection – which foster relationships and enhance the shared experience of these spaces.

The exhibition showcases the layout of individual and shared workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms and conference halls, where the interplay between solid and void, interior and exterior, transparency and opacity defines the volumes and gives rhythm to the interior architecture, which is tailored to the various functions and operational requirements.
