At the Treviso headquarters of Altitudo, a company specialising in IT solutions with several offices in Italy, white dominates, defining a white box that embraces innovative ways of working. Architect Andrea Gaio has interpreted the loft-style interiors with a contemporary and minimalist approach: open-plan workspaces alternate with meeting rooms and micro-environments dedicated to calls and online meetings.

To enable the daily activities of over 120 specialists who attend the office with hybrid working arrangements, the open-plan layout has been divided using glass walls, which allow people and functions to coexist while amplifying brightness and transparency.

Phone booths, areas of different sizes for formal meetings, creative exchanges and moments of individual concentration follow one another and intertwine with the aim of encouraging the circulation of ideas and communication between the team without creating hierarchies and separations.

White was also chosen for the profiles and handles of Glass, which includes both sliding and hinged doors, in keeping with the finishes and furnishings. Set within a space already strongly characterised by architectural elements such as beams, balconies and staircases, the numerous partitions in this project are the result of a particularly complex undertaking that integrates construction solutions developed by Autmind specifically for the project.
