An old converted warehouse is the Modena headquarters (one of four in Italy) of Energon, an energy services company with over thirty years of experience that acts as a partner in launching virtuous paths to reduce consumption and environmental impact. The building's original industrial/craft use has been transformed into offices, respecting all the significant elements, including the complete restoration of the metal trusses that characterised the architecture.
Thanks to its technological know-how, Energon offers sustainable and advantageous energy solutions to help companies, individuals and public administrations choose development and housing plans that are truly capable of reducing CO2 emissions.
The company's values can be summed up in five key words – innovation, responsibility, passion, professionalism and transparency – and are reflected in the interior design, where the rooms are all divided by Glass partitions with hinged doors: the Autmind system allows the layout to be configured with linear and corner solutions, fitting easily into a context characterised by distinctive beamed ceilings, high ceilings and exposed systems.
The spaces serve multiple functions: operational and executive offices of various sizes, private meeting areas and conference rooms alternate with an effect of openness, fluidity and lightness, reinforced by the choice of white for all profiles.
The extra-clear glass is slightly opaque in certain areas where greater privacy is required.
