The integration of professional skills that characterises Epica is the basis of the project by H&A Associati, which has developed this concept of multidisciplinarity through a dynamic and functional configuration of spaces with the aim of communicating a precise identity.

The firm's new headquarters are located on the mezzanine floor of a building overlooking one of Mestre's main avenues. Characterised by an elongated layout, the floor plan is divided into two wings along the corridor, which ends with a large meeting room for important gatherings.

This linearity has facilitated a clear organisation of flows, maintaining a more exclusive management area (with restricted access) and dedicating a large open space to operations, surrounded by a series of transparent offices housing employees.

Slim by Autmind, with its light and essential structure, is a versatile and easy-to-install system that offers multiple solutions to meet interior design needs. The various customisation options have made it possible to achieve visual consistency between the areas: while the executive wing is characterised by a sense of elegance thanks to the panelling and oak finish doors, the operational wing is punctuated by large glass walls to encourage interaction between people.

The glass features a special ‘privacy effect’ with sections that apply a refined satin finish with vertical stripes to ensure privacy for professionals and customers.
