Born from the redevelopment of a historic building, the MODE-Eco Mood Hotel in Rimini breaks away from the classic hotel mould and welcomes guests with a permanent exhibition involving 13 of the most important architectural firms in the sector.
Each of them was tasked with designing a space, incorporating principles of sustainability: the Onirica suite by Eclettico Design-Lombardini22 was born from the idea of reconnecting with Rimini, Federico Fellini's birthplace, and offers a eclectic material board, inspired by the visionary atmospheres that the director transformed into unforgettable images and celebrated masterpieces.
Autmind fits into this experimental context with a customised intervention with a sophisticated style, a small treasure chest that contains the bathroom and separates it from the sleeping area. The partition with sliding door features elegant smoked ribbed glass, with brass-finish frame and custom-designed handleThe same material combination is found in the bathroom partition, to enhance the utility space as well.
The wall created by Autmind, finished down to the smallest detail with meticulous craftsmanship, fulfils its function by interacting with the saturated colours and fine details that characterise the furnishings and finishes, contributing to that feeling of total well-being that the designers wanted to create by carefully studying all aspects – colour, touch, light and smell.
The grammar of thehôtellerie and luxury come together in a surprising interpretation: the suite, like the other rooms at MODE, offers a unique experience, defining a new model of hospitality.
