The name Hybrid Tower in Mestre expresses the concept of hybridisation of intended uses and the coexistence of multiple layers within the same building, through a formal and stylistic architectural structure that is already visible from the outside.
All’interno convivono infatti diverse funzioni: spazi collettivi e privati, un health center, livelli direzionali e residenziali, fino al ristorante panoramico collocato all’ultimo piano.

For the interiors of the institutional headquarters of a major hotel chain, designed by Arter&Citton on the 9th floor of the tower, the Slim wall was chosen: thanks to its lightness, ultra-thin profiles and minimal footprint, this single-glazed system maximises space and defines work areas while leaving the view unobstructed, allowing the elevated position to be appreciated and enhancing the glass architecture.

The walls, flush with the floor and ceiling, incorporate full-height sliding doors: the solution with black profiles, smoked glass and etched doors, together with the finishes chosen for the interiors, helps to create an environment of elegant discretion with an executive character.

The hotel group selected Hybrid Tower for its new headquarters precisely because the tower has become a landmark of the city, located in a favourable position for accessibility to Venice in an area that has undergone a rapid metamorphosis, evolving from an industrial and semi-abandoned area into a business, tourist and residential hub.
