Seingim

A late 19th-century barn in the centre of Ceggia (VE), where Seingim was founded in 1997: a building of historical value – part of the Villa Bragadin complex dating back to 1640, owned by the Sartorello family – which the company has completely restored with a major renovation, thus renewing its headquarters in the Venetian province, which has always maintained a central role despite the strong push towards internationalisation undertaken in recent years. With a team of over 450 people, 16 operational offices throughout Italy (from Bolzano to Cagliari and Catania) and two abroad, Seingim is a leader in civil and industrial engineering in Italy and worldwide.

In line with the company's commitment to ‘People working for people's wellbeing’, the spaces have been designed with large transparent openings, as much natural lighting as possible and unobstructed pathways to promote visual and acoustic comfort, exchange and collaboration.

In such a people-oriented project, glass surfaces are crucial, and Autmind contributed to this prestigious project with 500 square metres of partitions installed on three floors: the 6030 system – with an elegant anthracite profile – was chosen to enclose the offices, operational areas and meeting rooms, offering remarkable performance in terms of sound absorption, despite having one of the most compact structures on the market.

The technical solutions developed by Autmind met the construction site requirements due to the age and characteristics of the context: thanks to the compensation tracks positioned at the top, 6030 was able to absorb the height variations and expansion tolerances of the original wooden floors of the period.
